I. TERMS OF USE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND AGREEMENT

1. Use of Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is governed by the agreements and statement on the terms and condition of use. Any violation of the conditions contained herein may result in automatic termination of the membership. ii. Registration after careful reading of the agreements and conditions of use contained herein lead to agreement of all the statements on the part of the user and the right of use of Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

II. WEBSITE OF Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

1. Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is specializing in manufacturing and selling all kind of compressors. We have strong design, manufacturing, and service ability and well-educated employee. We already established long term business relationship with customers both from domestic and abroad based on our policy “Equality and mutual benefits, unconditional binding force of contracts and credit adherence”.

2. With a stable sales and supply network, the business of our company ranges from all kind of compressor for refrigeration and air conditioning to related parts and after selling service.

3. For customer’s reference, Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. provides registered users information and pictures of its products.

4. Also Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. will like to provide information abut products related to our main business to let our customer conveniently know more about our service.

5. The terms included herein should be in conformity with the Chinese laws. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflicts with the national law, then the national law shall control.

III. CONDITIONS Registered users are to abide by the following terms in the use of our service:

1.Please always submit real and accurate personal data so that the administrator can approve you membership in the shortest period.

2. Update the information without delay in case of any change in the data.

3. The design, style, information, pictures of the products included in the website all belong to Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Without permission in written form or mail form, any use of the material in any way by any other websites, television and newspaper is not allowed.

4. Any duplication of the products exhibited on the website may result in lawsuits

7. Registered users are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the account.

8. Registered users should agree:

a) To send technological information to and from home or abroad in conformity with the relevant Chinese laws.

b) To use the website only for legal purpose

c) Not to damage the website service

d) Not to distribute or disseminate any profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

e) Not to distribute or disseminate any material that may lead to illegal activities on the part of other people.

f) Not to distribute or disseminate any information that may lead to detriments to China and any information on national security.

g) Not to distribute or disseminate any information that is not in conformity with the local regulation and national or international law.

9. Registered users agree to guarantee and safeguard the interest of all the members, to pay lawsuit fees resulting from any abuse of the service on the part of the user, or other fees incurred by any breach of the terms of use, or by any unauthorized use of the registered user’s computer or account by others and any loss linked with intellectual property.

10. As to the modification of the terms, conditions, and notices under which the services are offered, the continued use of the services on the part of the registered users constitutes the agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with subsequent terms then these subsequent terms shall control.

11. The registered users have the following rights due to any disagreement on the part of the registered user as a result of opposition to any of the terms of use, or any later modification of the terms, or dissatisfaction with the service

(2)notify the website staff to stop providing him/ her service Registered users are not entitled to the service provided by the website after the service is stopped. Neither the user nor Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. then is de jure to deliver the unread or undelivered information to the former users or the third party. The user is liable to any loss incurred.

12. Any disputes excluded in the range of service is to be solved within one year
